Affirmations are one of the strongest tools against self hatred, and for accomplishing what one wants to accomplish in this world.
Sometimes we can be quite hard on ourselves, however I find that by using phrases that positively impact my emotions and remind me of where I want to be in life, I feel a lot better and more motivated.
Some people use them along with manifestation, and believe that just the act of saying things is very magical and powerful. I find this to be true, though I don't know if magic is real, it does inspire me. Here are some affrimations I use in my everyday, and I hope this inspires you to make your own.
(Note: Try changing the phrases to "I am" statements so they feel more personal. Example: "I am loved." "Everything comes easy to me."
Try repeating these phrases over and over in your head in a moment of stress, or right now.)
